How do I arrange Storage?
You can either call us, fax us or e-mail us from the Contact
Details page, or submit an online
quotation request. We will then give you a free, no obligation quote
based on an estimate of how many cubic metres you wish to store. This is done
using an up to date, comprehensive database that holds size and weight information
for hundreds of household and commercial goods, enabling us to quote you accurately
without the need to visit your home. We also collect and deliver your goods
for you, and can even pack them if required. Top

How will my goods be stored?
Your goods will be stored in our secure warehouse. They will be palleted and/or
containerised in our large storage containers, and wrapped in protective materials
if required. Top of page
How safe are my goods?
Our warehouse is safe and secure, with 24 hour security, and your goods are
insured for fire and theft while on our premises and while in transit with us.
All our warehouse staff and drivers are fully trained in handling goods. We
understand how worrying it can be to leave your possessions in the care of strangers,
and assure you we will treat your possessions with the same care and respect

How do you work out the charge?
Storage costs are worked out per cubic metre and whether your goods require
collection and or delivery. Rates for large consignments are negotiable. Our
rates are very competitive and include insurance. Storage costs are required
to be paid monthly and in advance, but if your storage is for less than a month
the rate will be negotiable. Top of page
Do you collect and deliver?
We offer a competitive and professional removals service and can pick up and/or
deliver, anywhere within the UK - whether you have a houseful of goods, or just
a box full! We also make a weekly delivery to Spain, so if you are relocating
please feel free to contact us to find out about our competitive rates and quality

How much notice do you need?
If you are bringing your goods in yourself, just give us a call a day or 2 before,
and we will make sure our Warehouse manager is available to greet you and unload
your goods. Please ensure this is between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you require collection, please call a week in advance. If you are unsure
how long you will require storage for, don't worry - we will invoice you monthly
and your goods will be safe until you contact us to arrange delivery, or come
in to collect.
