If the format you require is not listed above, please contact us as we are always happy to accomodate our customers specific needs.

Deadlines:

Materials and instructions must be submitted at least one week before your schedule begins.
Mid-flight copy/banner changes must be received three full working days in advance.

Sending us your artwork:

Files can either be sent as attachments or propped to a web/FTP site with location and instructions sent to advertise@ukfoodguide.net for collection.

When you send your artwork, please include the following information and note that placement of your order may be delayed if any required information is missing.

Banner File and Name
Alt Text
Ref URL
Specific instructions on how banner(s) should run, rotate etc.
UK Food Guide's confirmed order.

Testing:

We require three full business days to test and prop standard banner and remote-served banner ads. Please allow ample time for this process prior to your advertising start date. One week’s advance notice is recommended for new advertisers.

Links for any ads that will be served by a third party, must be received a minimum of three business days prior to the go live date.

Terms:

A signed insertion order must be received before materials can be integrated. UK Food Guide will provide advertisers with a monthly bill for their online activity. UK Food Guide reserves the right to reject (at any time) any advertising material or advertiser. Please review UK Food Guide's standard Terms and Conditions for further information.
